Wedding Coordinator vs. Wedding Planner:
Wedding Planner
Usually gets involved from the very beginning of the wedding planning process. They help couples with almost everything; venue, budgeting, selecting vendors, creating timelines, and managing logistics. Their main focus is making sure your entire wedding vision comes together as intended. This option is best for couples who want help from the start, need expert advice, or don’t have time to plan the details themselves. On the wedding day, this role will be supported by an assistant to help address any needs that may come up.
Wedding Coordinator (Day-Of)
This role is to ensure the ceremony, reception, and other events happen on schedule. We basically pop in on the big day to handle the behind-the-scenes stuff and act as the main point of contact so the couple can relax and enjoy their day without worry. We Check that all décor, seating, signage, and rentals are set up as planned. Handles any issues that arise. Keep vendors and the wedding party on track while dealing with unexpected hiccups (hopefully none).
Wedding Coordinator (Month- Of)
Steps in about 6 weeks before your wedding with a weekly call with you and your fiancé. They will take over the final details and make sure everything you’ve already planned comes together smoothly. They get in contact and review vendors, contracts, décor, seating and basically tying up any loose ends to take the stress off the bride and groom during those last few weeks. Our team creates a detailed layout for your ceremony and reception, along with a comprehensive day-of timeline that vendors can follow to ensure the day runs perfectly from start to finish. On your wedding day, your Month-of Coordinator will also be accompanied by an assistant to help with any needs that may arise.
